Albert Sikhosana serves as the General Manager of SRAJ NOVA, where he leads the company's operational strategy, engineering excellence, and expansion across Africa. Now based in Tema, Ghana, Albert brings over 30 years of field and managerial experience in mechanical works, structural fabrication, and industrial project supervision. His deep expertise and leadership ensure that SRAJ NOVA consistently delivers world-class results grounded in precision, innovation, and safety.
Albert's distinguished career spans major infrastructure and energy projects across Africa, including:
G5 Construction (South Africa) — Boiler Maker / Pipe Fitter; later promoted to Foreman (1991–1996)
